You can narrow it down for us: if the whole flat goes dark, it's usually the main RCCB reacting to an appliance leak; if one room dies, it's a single circuit. Note which switch on the DB box dropped — that detail alone speeds up the visit.
Two things not to do: don't hold a tripping breaker on — it trips to protect the wiring behind your walls. And if a socket smells burnt or feels warm, stop using that circuit and call; heat at a socket is how electrical fires start.
