Bowls and flush systems
One-piece bowl in, seat fitted, silicone run around the base. 
Side on. Rimless, soft-close, standard 250mm S-trap. 
Flush system replaced without taking the bowl off the floor. 
New valve and inlet in the cistern. A running toilet is almost always one of these two.
